FINALLY....the Reds are going to the playoffs!! We were so excited when the Reds clinched the central division on Tuesday night. It has been way to long (like 20 years) since we remember the Reds being this good. We went to the game Wednesday which consisted of none of the starters but we had a good time anyway. We got to see the big banner and just hang out and have some family time. We are looking forward to the divison playoffs(David and I will be attending this one alone)! Go REDs!

A wild weekend
This past weekend was a blur!! We did everything in like fast forward. We had lots of fun but we are looking forward to a more slow pace this coming weekend. Here is what we did......Reading...set...Friday night we went to a festival and got poured on, Saturday morning went to soccer pictures, soccer practice, family reunion, and Chataqua! Sunday we hustled back to cook for our first annual cul-da sac cookout! Our neighbors are super cool and we didn't even know it. Cam had fun with the neighbors and they taught him how to play corn hole! Whew!! I am still whipped from that and going to the World Equestrian games with my school on Monday!

Crazy Ky Weather
The weather this year in Ky has just been crazy....Thursday we went on an afternoon playdate(thanks to my fabulous work schedule this year) to the pumpkin patch. We met my friend April and her two kids Coleman and Madeline. It was like almost 100 it was crazy crazy hot for this time of year. None the less our two little boys had a good time playing together. Tonight David and I tried to take Camden to Oktoberfest and no sooner had we gotten there that it started pouring down rain and we were chilly! Ugh I am so ready for some fall weather. Tomrrow we have soccer practice and soccer pictures then heading to a short stop at a family reunion and then on to downtown for Chataqua in Madison. Should be a fun fun weekend!

A weeekend of firsts..
I always love to capture the first moments of everything that Camden does( if you can't already tell that). We started off the weekend with Camden's first trip to a high school football game. We went to the Dunbar vs. Tates Creek game Friday night and Camden really enjoyed it. He liked the football, the food and the band. He did not like the cheerleaders. I told him that mommy was a cheerleader and he was still not impressed. Saturday we had our first soccer practice. WE had all been waiting for this moment of him starting organized sports. I am sure this was the first of many. Soccer really isn't our thing but it was very funny to watch a bunch of three year olds. WE were very proud of our little man he did awesome. We joked and snickered at the little girls picking daisies and the two little boys that cried the entire time. We were texting back and forth thanking God for our little outgoing Camden. (I know we are lame and that was probalby not nice). We are looking forward to the next six weeks of Soccer. From there we headed to Monkey Joes for a birthday party! Another awesome weekend in the books!

A busy weekend
Last weekend was one of those weekends where we were just super busy! Friday night we went to the Reds game again and Saturday was the first UK home football game. While Camden didnt go to that with us we did get together with some friends and babies before that! Sunday we went to the pumpkin patch for a birthday party and had a super fun time playing on the huge playground and feeding all of the animals. WE have another extremely busy and fun weekend again starting tomorrow! We love it!

Super fun play date!
Well thanks to my super awesome schedule this year at work, I get to spend Tuesday and Thursday afternoons with my boy. I get to pick him up at preschool and then we go from there. Camden and I never are looking for things to do. I thank God everyday that I get to work this scheudle this year. Today we went on a playdate with our friends April, Coleman, and Madelyn. We met them this summer in swim lessons and Coleman and Camden really hit it off. I was so glad for Camden to meet another little boy exactly his age. God love his heart he has to play with girls most of the time! These two played at Chick-fila for two solid hours. They enjoyed nugget meals and most of all the milkshakes!

Baseball Fever
We sure have been hitting up the baseball games here lately. It is so easy to do since the Reds are still in first place. This week we also went to a Legends baseball game with our friends Mike, jennifer, and Abigail. We had a lot of fun hanging out and playing at the playground there. For Labor day weekend we went to Columbus to hang out with Stacy, Chris, and Riley. Mom came up too so we all go to go out baby free and watch some football! We also took the kiddos to a little festival and Camden had a really good time playing games and riding rides. We will be heading back up to Cincinnati on Friday for another game. Busy weekend ahead.....
